We’re two longtime friends who have been on this journey together for years. Before there was a camera, before there was a channel, and before we ever started investigating haunted locations, there was simply a friendship. Over the years, we’ve shared countless memories, adventures, laughs, late nights, and experiences that brought us closer together. We’ve always been the kind of friends who were willing to try something new, explore somewhere different, and see where the next adventure would take us.

But there was always one thing that fascinated us more than anything else: the unknown.

We’ve always been interested in creepy places, strange stories, abandoned buildings, old cemeteries, unexplained events, and the possibility that there may be things in this world that we don’t completely understand. We would hear stories about places that were supposedly haunted and wonder, “What if the stories are actually true?” Instead of just talking about it, we decided to find out for ourselves.

That curiosity eventually turned into a passion.

And that passion became JAKE & JR HAUNTINGS.

We created this channel because we wanted to experience the paranormal firsthand and share those experiences with others. We wanted to go beyond simply watching scary videos or hearing haunted stories. We wanted to actually step into these locations, investigate them, learn their histories, and see what we could discover.

When we arrive at a new location, we never really know what we’re walking into.

It could be completely silent.

It could be filled with strange noises.

We could hear something that wasn’t there a moment before.

We could capture something on camera that we didn’t notice while we were there.

Or we could leave with absolutely nothing.

And honestly, that’s part of what makes paranormal investigation so exciting.

Every investigation is a mystery.

We don’t know what will happen until we’re there.

Our goal isn’t to convince you that every noise, shadow, or unexplained event is paranormal. We want to investigate with an open mind while still questioning what we experience. We want to look at the evidence, consider possible explanations, and document what happens as honestly as we can. Sometimes there may be a completely normal explanation for something strange. Other times, we may encounter something that leaves us asking questions long after we leave.

Those are the moments we’re looking for.

The moments that make you stop and think.

The moments that make you rewind the video.

The moments where even we look at each other and say, “What was that?”

We also believe that every haunted location has a story worth telling. Behind every old building, abandoned property, cemetery, or historic location is a piece of history. Some locations have stories of tragedy and loss. Others have mysterious events that have been passed down through generations. Some places have legends that have existed for decades, while others have stories that very few people know about.

Before investigating a location, we want to understand its history. We want to know what happened there, who lived there, what the location was used for, and why people believe it may be haunted. The history is just as important as the investigation itself.

Because when you understand the history, you understand why the stories exist.

And sometimes, knowing what happened in a place can make walking through it in the dark even more terrifying.

Being able to experience all of this together has also made our friendship stronger. There’s something different about exploring a dark and unfamiliar location with your best friend. When the lights go out, the cameras start recording, and you hear something from somewhere you can’t see, you immediately know you’re not going through that moment alone.

We’ve laughed when we probably shouldn’t have.

We’ve scared each other.

We’ve heard things we couldn’t explain.

We’ve had moments where one of us wanted to leave.

And we’ve definitely had moments where we looked at each other and wondered why we thought this was a good idea in the first place.

But every time, we keep going.

Because curiosity is stronger than fear.

Our channel isn’t just about ghosts. It’s about friendship, adventure, history, exploration, fear, curiosity, and the search for answers. We want to create investigations that make you feel like you’re right there with us. We want you to hear what we hear, see what we see, experience the tension, and feel that same feeling of not knowing what could happen next.
